Old School made our chapter show debut on November 10, 2007 on the Chorus of the Chesapeake's 50th Anniversary show. We headlined the show along with Capri, the 5th place International Medallist Sweet Adelines quartet. Also of significance, Freddie King appeared on the show, directing his portion of Auld Lang Syne. For those that don't know, Freddie has been fighting a mighty battle with his health, which included him recently having a partial amputation of his right leg.
Speaking of Freddie King, on Sunday after the Dundalk show, Old School had the privilege of singing for Freddie at a welcome home party in his honor.

After singing for Freddie, 3/4 of the quartet went on to the Baltimore Ravens game (who lost badly to Cincinnati). The lead enjoyed it immensely, the tenor...not so much. What we all enjoyed was the great pre and post game tailgating provided by our own Barry Brown, Jr. Thanks BB!
(notice Krones is wearing a Vikings jacket & Connelly a Bucs jacket)
Old School also recently performed on the Mid Atlantic District fall convention's Saturday Night Jamboree (along with OC Times). You can see videos of the two songs we performed on our Multimedia page as well as a song from an afterglow room. The files were uploaded to You Tube by OCTenor.
As always, check out our Performances page to see where we will be singing next.
